Wager Watch LLC ("Wager Watch," "we," "us," or "our") develops tools that help adults understand and change their gambling habits. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

• Account information, such as your email address and authentication details.
• Plan and profile information, such as goals, reasons for change, preferred limits, and onboarding responses.
• Activity you choose to record, including check-ins, gambling activity, urges, triggers, notes, commitments, and progress.
• Watcher conversations. If you use our optional AI support companion, we process the messages you send and relevant plan context needed to generate a response.
• Communications, such as information included in support requests or feedback.

Information collected through the service

• Service information, such as app version, sign-in events, and basic request records used to operate and secure the service.
• Device and notification information, such as a push-notification token if you choose to enable notifications.
• Purchase information, such as subscription status and product entitlement. Payment credentials are processed by the applicable app store and are not provided to us.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize Wager Watch; save and display your plan and progress; generate Watcher responses when requested; send notifications you enable; manage subscriptions; respond to support requests; maintain safety and security; troubleshoot problems; and improve the service.

Wager Watch does not provide betting picks, odds analysis, or gambling strategy. We do not sell personal information.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction. Service providers may include:

• Cloud database, authentication, and hosting providers;
• Apple or Google for app distribution, purchases, and notifications;
• Subscription-management providers;
• AI service providers when you use Watcher; and
• Professional advisers or authorities when required by law.

These providers process information for the services they perform for us and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

5. Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

You may change notification permissions in your device settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

7. Age limits

Wager Watch is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Do not use the service if you are under 18 or under the age of majority where you live.
